Q: Can we install membership card reader for the machine? Which brand can we connect it?
A: Yes, our mainboard has the port for wiring it. Card reader like Intercard, Embed, Cointech, Sacoa, Semnox or other brands can be connected.

Q: How many working sides is it available?
A: 1-2-3-4 working sites is optional 

Q: Does the machine can prevent fake tickets ?
A: With barcode reader, the machine will recognize the fake tickets with barcode.

Q: How many tickets will be cutted by a minute?
A: 730-750pcs / min for long tickets.

A: Depends on the usage of the tickets. Usually can use 2-5 years ,The current longest record is 8 years.

Operation Tips:

1. When you receive the machine, please unpack it check whether machine appearance has damage. Check for any loss of parts, like keys,screws,wires and so on.Any issues, please contact the supplier Immediately.

2. Plug in the power cord at the bottom of the chassis according to the power guide label above the lower door of the machine. Before connecting power, please read this manual carefully, ensure that all the wiring connectors are pushed tight, then connect power to start machine.

3. Trained personnel should work on this machine.

4. Before using the machine officially, please test a small number of tickets.

5. If you test tickets with a barcode, please check that the mainboard finger switch 1 is set to ON,then Entering barcode tickets into the motherboard, Finally you can do the test without worrying.  

6. In order to avoid smooth operation of the ticket cutter kit, please check whether the screws and other accessories around it are fixed firmly.
