Q:Can I install cashless card reader ,like Nayax?
A:Yes ,no problem.

Q:What is the token capacity of the hoppers?
A:Depends on the hopper brand. For example, our Max brand hopper, the capacity is around 2000pcs. 

Q:Can we install membership card reader for the machine? Which brand can we connect it?
A:Yes, our mainboard has the port for wiring it. Card reader like Intercard, Embed, Cointech, Sacoa, Semnox or other brands can be connected.

Q:Can I check account datas by Mobile? 
A:Yes, no problem.

Q:Can you change the pattern design as my request?

Operation Tips:

1. When you receive the machine, please unpack it check whether machine appearance has damage.Check for any loss of parts, like keys,screws,wires and so on. Any issues, please contact the supplier.

2.Before connecting power, please read this manual carefully,ensure that all the wiring connectors are pushed tight,then connect power to start machine.

3. Trained personnel should work on this machine.

4. Before officially using the machine, please pour in a small number of coins for a test.

5. Please don't pour all the coins one time into the hopper when pouring coins in bulk, please refill in several batches to avoid clogging.

6.To avoids clogging of the hopper, please check whether all foreign objects have been removed when refilling coins.(Dirt,rubber bands,paper clips,pieces of paper, screws, etc).
